Claudio leverages his academic background from Tulane University, as well as professional experiences, to conduct thorough analyses and underwriting in order to provide valuable insights on investment decisions. Additionally, Claudio provides operational and asset management support, ensuring optimal portfolio performance.  Claudio graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University with an Economics major and a minor in Real Estate. Prior to joining the Warehomes Investments' team, Claudio held junior analyst positions at Accesso Partners as well as T Rowe Price’s Macro Absolute Return Strategies Fund.
