As the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Warehomes Investments, Jason “JJ” Morjain oversees all acquisitions and portfolio-level decisions. In addition to leading Warehomes, he is the Co-founder and CEO of Dragonfly, a company specializing in real estate acquisitions and debt financing. He also serves on the board of Rok Enterprises, advising on investment opportunities and asset management.Before founding Warehomes Investments, he held a prominent role at Beacon Investment Properties (now Accesso Partners) as Acquisitions Manager, where he led the acquisition of over 3 million square feet of office buildings across the U.S. and managed all Florida properties in Beacon's portfolio.His early career includes working as a mortgage broker with City First Mortgage in 2006 and managing properties with Rok Enterprises from 2004 to 2005. He holds both a real estate agent and mortgage broker license.He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland in 2007 and attended the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University. Additionally, he is actively involved in philanthropy, serving on the boards of multiple organizations and holding an advisory role with Nova Southeastern University’s MSRED program.
